partner in a service firm .start up in 2012. other partner refuses to

I am a silent partner with initial funding and support my past experience in army was used to get licence and as i was on a private job the other two partners put in their time and effort on full time. All the expenses were billed on the company. initial funding and contribution to growth was given while continuing with private job. Now my partners refuse to share any information and have not shared a single rupeeTDS shown in annual accounts but the amount has not been credited in income tax account for the first 3 years . subsequently. All my effort to settle and withdraw from partnership had gone waste. I feel i am cheated and they have my name and money for establishing the firm . proposed loss is about 20 lakhs as modest share of profit in these 6 years. How should i handle the issue
