Paid for question paper and passed it to friend can they take action

I have taken a question paper from peon in 1000 rs. But later i told my sir about him and that i have taken question paper from pein in 1000rs and i have given the paper to my one freind . the college people filed a complaint against him but they are not taking any action against me. But they called me in the police station for statement as a witness against peon . Is there any need to worry or ehat you can advice me on this

Yes they can also take strict action against you. As you are the main culprit along with that peon. You have taken the question paper and forwarded it to your friend. So you have initiated all the process. So be careful.
