Q: REGARDING SIGNING OF AGREEMENT TO SALE AND SALE DEED
I would like to know whether owner of the property can authorize any other perosn as signatory (GPA authorized) for signing agreement to sale or sale deed on his behalf or not. Please advise whether such agreement is legally valid or not and any buyer should sign such agreement or not.

Yes owner may grant a registered power of attorney to anyone. Power of Attorney holder may exercise all such powers as are delegated to him regarding that property on behalf of owner. A registered power of Attorney not canceled upto date is valid provided grantor and grantee are alive.

It's your wish wherever you want to live. You may also talk to your husband for filing divorce by mutual consent. You may get divorce by mutual consent easily and quickly .

There is equal right of daughter as of son. you may claim right in ancestral property but not in self acquired property.
You may challenge th transfer deed in favor of your brother. The court may cancel the deed.
