Owner Murdering his own animal( cow) in pretext of usurp money.

I had a bike accident ,exactly , 1 year 4 month ago , where a cow died , so they forced me to pay 50k amount as money , so i did the online transfer to there account , but recently i came to know that , they killed the cow with posiion in the pretext of getting money from me . so my question is that can i file FIR now , i know it's being late already ,but due to covid and all , i couldn't go to the area to file case , as it is in remote part of an village and 400 km away from my home. so what case can i file , so that i can sue that person and how ?
