Original Inquest report is lost as per MRO

13-Feb-2023 (In Criminal Law)
What is if the Original inquest report is lost from MRO? Are the accused trying to dissolve the case by doing these things? What if the Original inquest report is lost in this case? If the original inquest report is lost, is there are chances for accused to get escape from this case or they are trying to dissolve the case by delaying in charge sheet submission? Also, our advocate is saying that until charge sheet is submitted we cannot do anyting. If so can't the advocate force the investigation officer to submit the case with complete details? What is our advocate role in this case as this case is handled by Public Prosecutor in the court of law? Please help us with your valuable answers. Note: We are assuming that they have police as department support as the accused are police constables Thank you very much

Hi
Surprised that the original inquest report is missing and police are yet to file the charge sheet.
Your advocate cannot argue your case without court permission. Your advocate should take permission to participate as friend of victim/victim's relatives .
Since the accused are police , you should move high court and ask high court to monitor investigation under its supervision
