Original Inquest report is lost as per MRO

What is if the Original inquest report is lost from MRO? Are the accused trying to dissolve the case by doing these things? What if the Original inquest report is lost in this case? If the original inquest report is lost, is there are chances for accused to get escape from this case or they are trying to dissolve the case by delaying in charge sheet submission? Also, our advocate is saying that until charge sheet is submitted we cannot do anyting. If so can't the advocate force the investigation officer to submit the case with complete details? What is our advocate role in this case as this case is handled by Public Prosecutor in the court of law? Please help us with your valuable answers.
