Organized Stalking, Surviliance , Harassment by method actors

08-Jan-2025 (In Criminal Law)
I want to know, what can I do in my situation, where I am experiencing organized stalking, psychological harassment, surveillance, being followed everywhere. Method actors, and people are being hired to gaslight me, they either use scare based tactics, or they orchestrate a situation to harass me. This group of people are taking my basic human rights. I can't have friends, I am not allowed to make money, I am put in an isolation program. They do everything to keep me isolated. They want me dead.

Your situation may constitute criminal offences such as stalking Section 354D of the IPC, criminal intimidation Section 506 of the IPC, and harassment, violating your fundamental rights under Articles 19 and 21 of the Indian Constitution. File a detailed complaint with the local police or via the national cybercrime portal. Request protection under the Witness Protection Scheme, 2018, if threatened. If police inaction occurs, approach a Magistrate under Section 156(3) CrPC or file a writ petition in the High Court.

If you have any proofs for the same a police complaint can be filed against all such people and legal action can be taken. FIR can be registered against them and police can investigate the case. It is necessary at such times to safeguard yourself instead of being scared and isolated.
