share that evidence with police and write a detailed complaint email for your safety and give a copy to your college administration that strict action should be taken against the juniors responsible either rusticate them or suspend them take action that it should not happen with anyone.

You should immediately take preventive legal action rather than waiting for any incident to occur. Since you already have the threats on record, the first step is to approach the local police station and file a Non-Cognizable (NC) complaint detailing the threats, names of the persons involved, dates, place, and the nature of intimidation. This creates an official record and acts as a deterrent. Simultaneously, you must formally inform the hostel administration in writing about the threats and demand action for ensuring your safety. If the administration fails to act despite being informed, their inaction can later be questioned, and they may be held responsible in case of any untoward incident. If the threats escalate or there is continued intimidation, you may seek police protection and further legal remedies, including registration of an FIR if a cognizable offence is made out. Taking these steps now strengthens your legal position and safeguards you in the future.

Since you have already received threats and possess recordings, immediately submit a written complaint to the nearest police station requesting registration of an NC/FIR for criminal intimidation under applicable provisions of law and seek preventive action under Sections 149, 107 and 151 CrPC. Attach copies of the recordings and mention the names of the persons involved. Also inform the hostel/college authorities in writing so that institutional action can be taken. Keep multiple copies of the complaint and acknowledgment safely. If the police do not act, you may file a private complaint before the Jurisdictional Magistrate seeking protection and appropriate legal action.

File a police complaint for criminal intimidation (Section 351 BNS) and submit your recordings as evidence. Inform hostel authorities immediately to ensure your safety and document the threat formally.
