Online fraud in service and not wages for my service

I worked as an educator in an institute. For last 6 months. Last month the owner started giving multiple excuses when i asked for my payment. He also did this with my sister n friend they were also working he directly denied to pay us. We left the institute student started calling to ask i unable to attend their call all the time so the put status for everyone just to inform that i left the company for some of their fraudulent activities by that status one student inquired charges and fraud.

you should file a criminal case against that institute. register a fir so that you should got your payment from if you need further assistance please contact me Himanshu Singh Chauhan advocate High court Lucknow
