One pu lic servant of nhrc abused my brother

One public servant employee of national human rights commission insulted and abused my brother and my brother also spoke loudly and abused and slapped him Can my bro arrested if my brother provoked by him first

If that public servant makes a complaint that your brother hit him in the colour of his official duty, your brother may very well be arrested. If you take my suggestion I would suggest you to seek anticipatory bail from the court of your competent jurisdiction before he takes an action against your brother. You may consult me in that regard.

It’s better you hire an expert advocate n move your apprehension intimation in this regard and if FIR has Been registered then we need to go for Anticipatory bail if it’s under cognizable offenses Plz b in touch

Yes. He can be arrested basis on the Complaint files by the Public Official. Should you worry, file an anticipatory bail avoiding the arrest in the present matter and let the police continue investigation into the matter without any hindrance.
