OLX seller fraud - took money and blocked

Hi Sent amount to an olx seller. He provided shipping details the next day. But it seems after shipping he himself have cancelled the package, so it went back to origin. He has now blocked me. Full conversation and transaction history is available. Is NCRP effective in this scenario? What other criminal charges can I press agains this person?

Yes you can file a complaint before the cyber police as well as before the NCRP portal for getting action against the person and also to freeze bank account and to note lien and also to initiate action against him for cheating

If it was an NEFT fraud, immediately call 1930 and report it on cybercrime. in . Inform the bank at once , request a fraud / dispute complaint and beneficiary-account freeze / hold. Preserve the NEFT / UTR , chats, phone number and screenshots . Also file a police/cybercrime complaint. For filing a complaint I can assit you. For more details you may contact me.

Yes, you can file complaint in NCRP. When you report the transaction details, the portal coordinates with the beneficiary bank to trigger an immediate freeze on the recipient's bank account. Along with that file a complaint in local Cyber Crime Police Station or your local police station.
