Old riot case of 2002, non serious in nature - need help to close

I was named in old riot case, filed in 2002 during Godhra riots, was not at all involved but just standing there out of curiosity.. There are total 62 people named in FIR.. only getting dates every time, as not all 62 people are coming to report. Please guide, how can I get this case closed / remove my name from case. Thank you.
