Hi Sir/Mam Good Day One of my female employee transfer our office data to her personal what's up number we want to lodge one complaint against her because she tampering our official data Our company giving office sim card to use for offical work so their is no point to transfer our office data to her personal number Kindly advice me what kind of legal action we can take

if data theft happening means so continuously you have to give to the police complaint in cyber police station regarding that data theft as per the cyber law says she cannot talk for to any day tours without consent to the permission better you need to give the immediate complaint in cyber police station

You can lodge complaint immediately with cyber police or get issue legal notice or office notice or file civil case claiming huge compensation. Stop her salary and intimate domestic inquiry. All these steps are any one can help you to settle the matter.
