Obstructing public road, create nuisance, Threaten

Tenants living in front of my house are obstructing the road and do not allow my family members and other people to pass. These tenants have made our life very difficult. They use the road as if it is their private property. The sit on road and create noise all the time, do push-up, throw garbage, park vehicle. We have tried to talk to them, but these people are from slums. They intimidate and threaten us. They tell us to stay inside and don’t come out. Install glass doors in the house.

Immediately file a case before the concerned sub divisional magistrate of public nuisance and also give a written complaint to the local police station and the magistrate has powers to remove the said nuisance and take action on the people concerned through the police .Contact me for any legal help.
