13-Nov-2023 (In Criminal Law)
My husband deserted me and had a DV case against him in canada.I complained to NRI cell he didn't attend any CAW counseling but after SI mam told his dad that this report is going to Immigration they got enthusiastic in meeting. He is a student there but has done immigration fraud of which I have tipped ircc and have proof of his abandonment .Now they want to reconcile but giving vague diplomatic answers not ready to take me in .should I file FIR or reconcile?

Given the circumstances, filing an FIR for abandonment or considering reconciliation is a personal decision. You may weigh the seriousness of the immigration fraud, his actions, and whether reconciliation aligns with your well-being. Consulting with legal professionals can provide guidance based on your situation and preferences.
