NRI boyfriend abusive to Canadian girlfriend under pressure

My NRI boyfriend (we are in Canada) has had 2 marriages here while married in india with kids to gain his PR (still married here) I recently uncovered (on the verge of him being eligible to sponsor) this and he became abusive. He has been charged with 5 domestic violence charges including assault. How do I get legal evidence of his india marriage, he claims to be Punjabi Sikh? Who in india do I contact to report all of this to and to help me? This man has destroyed my life. He originally skipped a return date in 2013 for a failed student permit.

If the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you then you can always file for divorce against him. I would suggest you to go for the mutual divorce because it is less money consuming and ends up in maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

I need to know the exact information in regards to his place of residence in india and accordingly one can approach his family and to the police to the wrong he has committed to you and to other two females and i need you to contact me as i need to ask you certain other questions in regards to this issue
