Not returning money and threatening to file a false case against me

A person took money from me by saying he needs it and promised to pay back in 3-4 months. In these 3-4 months he was in constant touch with me (over phone) but in the end I came to know throughout all these months he lied everything to me. nnLater, he felt sorry and told me that whatever happened happened and I will pay you back in Jan 2023 and said I am investing some amount in a business and requested me to invest a small amount so that he pays back some amount in 4 days. I against gave it to him (that's a mistake from my end) but he again liedNow when I am following up, his phone is off but I came to know through a common touch point that he is threatening to file a false case against few people (not sure on what basis and he is planning to include me as well). I am really worried about this because he has done this with few other people in the past.
First of all you need to send a compulsory legal notice to the defaulter in which you must write to give your money within 15 days or face legal action. After that if he give then it is well and good and if not then you have to file for registration of FIR. For more legal assistance call/message me.

If he has taken your money be it in for a business venture or for a financial help you should firstly not be afraid rather you should file a recovery suit against this man and get your money recovered and get an FIR registered against him for cheating you
