Not guilty and Acquitted in a case, can he get compensation

15-Oct-2024 (In Criminal Law)
One of my friends was involved in bike accident resulting in death of opposite bike rider. There was no one during the accident. But some people from the family of deceased gave complaint stating they have seen the accident FIR was filed on him and got 10 Lakh compensation from insurance company. In court the complainants & witness denied seeing the accident and didn't identify him. He got Acquitted. He spent almost 30k for travelling to attend hearing, can he get compensation in any way?

Dear Sir, The accidental death is certain and your friend cannot deny the same since because it was not same by anybody. It is fortunate that your friend was acquitted in the criminal court. He cannot get any compensation from any court and there is every risk for him if he takes any further action against legal heirs of deceased.
