Non Submission of Chargesheet or Frt In Court despite timeframe Over
30-May-2023 (In Criminal Law)
In connection with IPC 376,354 ; a false complaint was lodged in Dum Dum ps . 6.4.23 was the last date of Reporting to court at the end of 3 months for investigation report.But no chargesheet or report was placed by police to court till this very date.Now I want to know what the police intend to do with this case. False as the case is, they are at a fix what to report before court and thus they are unable to submit chargesheet. Please explain the matter what can happen next in this regard
if the chargesheet is not submitted then later the police may submit the chargesheet at present what is the stage of your case do you have the certified copy of the case what is your jurisdiction....

it is strongly suggested that you tie up with your lawyer at your local court level to find out the status of your case and also you can meet a lawyer from the High Court to find out if your case is a fit case to get it quashed. in either case delay in submission in chargesheet is not fatal for the prosecution

the time frame to file charge sheet is subject to arrest. if arrest has not been done then the time is e material. if FIR under section 376 and 354 has been lodged against you then at first you have to take anticipatory bail and there after you can proceed with quashing of the FIR before High Court and this is the only way to get rid of the complain against you otherwise you will have to face the trial and to prove the case is false.
