Non Disclosure Of Hiv Status Before Marriage

My wife did not disclosed tht she is HIV+. She made an attempt to spread to me where am nt infected by gods grace. Can I file 420 case on her? Will I need to pay alimony for her?

sure... u have filling a 420 IPC, case... and null and void marriage case against ur wife. further clarifications contact me. at the same time u having a correct documents of ur wife HIV+ Certificate

Physical health and condition which is before marriage then only you can get a remedy under null and void of your marriage it doesn't cover under cheating aur 420 because the marriage relationship will never come under the cheating you can only seek a remedy for null and void of your marriage
