Hi, it depends under which offence the warrants are being issued …In a general procedure ,the court may issue non Bailable warrants after two bailable warrants have been issued…You cab contact in person for further query ..

Its complete discretion of the court, the court has to ensure presence of a person in court esp. when bound by the course of law as a witness or accused. The court can grant few opportunities or none, its entirely discretion.
