Non bailable warrant issued awaiting summons

30-Dec-2023 (In Criminal Law)
My wife had filed 498 case, then we came to an agreement got divorced and quashed it in high court. The quashed order copy was not submitted to lower court and from past 4 years no one attended any hearing, now I come to know that nbw is issued. What to do now?

Hello, you should submit quashing copy order in lower court and execute bond for release of surety. You have to appoint your advocate and through him you should submit this copy and make court aware of order and case is quashed by HC
