NOC from trial court for passport renewal

have applied for my passport renewal and same is pending as passport seva Kendra has asked for me to get an NOC from trial court (chandigarh)where my criminal case is pending against state which too has no ground as I am just a signee witness to a property deal of my father in law which has been a fallout and to harass me the buyer filed as fraudulent complaint against me that I influenced him to buy a property which had no clear title..anyways so I applied for NOC at the district court where t
