No update in my case what to do?

I have filed a case against my in-laws u/s 498a, 323, 506. It's been a month but police is not taking any action nor any update from their side. What to do next?
Dear queriest, as per your query you have mentioned about the fact that you have filed 498A, 323, 506 against your in laws and Police is not taking any action nor giving any updates of the same, therefore you are suggested to approach the Senior Inspector of Police of that concerned Police Station and enquire the same. if not then kindly call me for the same.

If you have filed Criminal case and Police not taking any cognizance then you can file private complaint in Nearest Criminal Court JMFC or Metropolitan Magistrate Court.Therefore you must have certified copy or acknowledgement receipt of complaint submitted to Police Station.
