No restriction to travel in bail, travel restriction added after 13 yr

25-Aug-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I have a pending criminal case under section 354, 323 IPC & 23,26 JUVENILE JUSTICE ACT. The case dates back to 2010 and Bail was granted the next day of arrest. At the time of bail no condition or restrictions to travel had been imposed by the trial court. I needed to renew my passport now and the RPO needed a court order & NOC from the trial court. In the new order court had added condition to take permission before travelling abroad. Can this be reversed, I need to travel frequently for work?

I have gone through your query. The Court has put the condition to seek permission before traveling abroad only to secure your presence. now the application can be made to the Court in order to seek permission to travel abroad with a prayer to relax the conditions for traveling but it would certainly depend upon the Court. A fresh application has to be file before the Appellate Court to change the order. I have answered your query based on your information. For Further Details contact.
