I am a Men's apparel wholesaler in Delhi. As a business owner, I am in a constant search of suppliers that help me get the supply of clothes at effective prices that maximize my profit.I came in contact with a supplier based in Kolkata who was supposed to send me a sample of their production. I had paid them an advance of INR 19000 for that. I waited for weeks but never received an update on where my order is. She hung up on me every time I called but used to pick up the call immediately when called from a different number. She hung up again every time as soon as she realized it was me. I once talked to her in strong words and she blocked me after we had a spat. I went to the police station but that doesn't seem like working as the officers looked very disinterested. They even indirectly mocked me as it appeared to be an insignificant amount to them. Not to mention, it matters a lot for a small business owner like me. I feel helpless. What should I do?

You are a victim of criminal conspiracy n these thugs have taken advantage. Anyways there are two ways now. First, if u have decided to teach them a lesson then u have to spend time & money on it. That might be more than what you have Aleady lost. Second, just get your cyber complaint drafted via your advocate n let him shoot the same to different jurisdictions. Plz b in touch

You can send her a legal notice regarding this and write it down that either refund the money or delivery the products or face legal action which will be at your cost & time. And do tell me the mode by which you made the above said payment. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Don't worry, every money counts and matters and the sum for which you above been cheated on is your hard earned money which can be recovered through the legal process. Imitating legal notice will suffice your requirement as to recovery of money. if police acted lightly we will get the court involve in the matter.
