No Charge sheet Filed Till Today

Few persons Attacked On Me And I Have Filed A Complaint and Till Today there is no charge sheet filed on them. The incident occurred on 30th January 2019 and the culprits are roaming freely without any fear. section 354 also filed. My life is under threat and I want justice. I need assistance ..please help

You have an option to approach High Court to get police protection and also a direction to the Investigation Officer to complete the investigation and file the charge sheet within a time bound period. If such direction is issued by High Court under Section 482 of Cr.P.C then the IO has to oblige.

Hi... it will take time to file charge sheet and after filing charge sheet same will be inform to you from the police and once evidence commence court will issue summons to you and you can get complainant copy from police.

Dear Madam,
If police people not take any action against accused, you can approach jurisdictional court for necessary directions. Police has to file charge sheet within 3 months, if they failed to file charge sheet and not taken any action against accused persons, you can directly approach Honble High Court for neccessary direction to concern police.
