Nepali woman married to an Indian Man

I am a Nepali Woma, married to an Indian Man. Some of my husband estranged family members have threatened me. Can I as a Nepali woman file a complaint? What options do I have? My husband thinks as threat was against me I should file. He is supportive. What are my rights married to Indian man.

If you are legally married then you can complaint anywhere near your matrimonial home. But it’s better to settle your issues because I don’t think you have applied for Indian citizenship yet. And if your matter goes to the police they can also harass you regarding your citizenship and all.

no problem else even if you are a Nepali or any citizen in India and married to an Indian citizen you are rights not diminished in any manner angeline protect is forever we can file a police complaint and we can even find a suit for defamation if they are becoming you and you can ask for damages all kinds of the compensatory remedies

Your question is that you are a foreign national married to Indian man n his family members are threatening you …you have complete legal rights to do police complaint no matter whatever or whichever country r u from ‘ plz b in touch if u want to get the complaint drafted
