neighbours defaming and spitting

In the past few years, some of my Neighbours have started to spit around my house while making harsh sounds of clearing throats. it has been 8 years and they constantly do this. they have in the past defamed me by saying that i am a gay..it has led to soceital boycott. i am fed up with this and their grudge against me is ruining my mental peace.

You can file civil suit restraining them from doing so and u can file criminal case of defamation against them causing u social boycott, and later the case will progress , depending upon ur witness the other side may go to jail and face the punishment

Make a complaint before the police authorities upon the fresh occurrence and make sure you mention all the previous instances. This will make your complaint relevant and in turn will result into speedy investigation
