After reading your query i think i must reply in two ways first - general advice based on my long experience legal and general, secondly - legal advice.
first i would like to suggest you try to leave that house and shift at some other place. you can also try to get engaged local influential people and find out some permanent solution. please don't entertainment negative thoughts.

secondly- you have to file FIR against them. and you can also think aobut civil suite for permanent and mandatory injunction for restraining them not to interfere in your peaceful life.
