I am looking for a lawyer who can help me to file the FIR against the non Maharashtra resident. He is Bigshot. He wrote public hate message on social media platform.
you are not really describe what sort of shit message the accused has sent to you and how it has affected you any message send through social media platform is likely to create disturbance or of discontent against public at large then you can file an FIR or if statement hurting your religious feeling go for Section 295a IPC. if statement made by accused is affecting only you and the message husband share in public who can file defamation case against them no matter Maharashtrian or non Maharashtrian thanks a lot
