Need suggestions for below false 498a:
15-Nov-2024 (In Criminal Law)
1. Is there a chance I can get 498a quashed in HC given- discharge is going in magistrate court with the fact that She filed 498a after my civil suit and my parents police complaint of threating them to pay 50L and take the case back; and also her filing RCR when 498a is still in progress. 2.How can I get my gold back during ex parte(the ancestral gold replacement that I made payment online but she managed to get bills in her name; and also my gold- under her custody now - I really need this.)
hi first need to see the contents of the FIR and its allegations and if they are false then you could file quash petition and also need to see the status of the discharge petition filed by you and based on that you could proceed accordingly
