Need help related to police and lawa nad order

We are requesting the police take stricter action, as this is a case of harassment, including character assassination and harassment of women. We want the police to apply additional sections of the CrPC to ensure these individuals are arrested and held accountable, as they are still roaming freely without any fear of law and order. Where should we apply to ensure the police take appropriate action and arrest them?

Plz let me know whether the FIR has been registered against the culprits and if registered under what sections it has been registered .If the Challan has been filled and trial has commenced then u need to file applications under relevant provisions of law for enhancement /adding of sections. If no FIR is registered and the accussed are roaming free then u need to file a writ petition /or criminal complaint case .Contact me for any help.
