8Months before i was arrest criminal case. Now we apply for quashing compormise to the high court.
Once quashing my case from high court,may i eligible to Select Upsc postings?
you cannot said what can you had arrested and for what grounds your going for costs before seeing the FIR and the other relevant documents such as 161 statement and evidence collected by the police and the enquiry conducted by the police we cannot give a clear cut of opinion for causing the proceedings so we must need all these papers whether it is a fit case for cost before the honorable High Court
