Based on the facts you've shared, it is not possible to guarantee that an FIR can be closed by the High Court within 2–3 months. The outcome depends on the nature of the allegations, the stage of investigation, and the merits of your case. If you have valid grounds for quashing the FIR, a petition can be filed before the Karnataka High Court. Merely being included in a PSC list or having educational qualifications does not automatically result in quashing of the FIR

Try approaching the high court of your concerned state to get the matter quashed if there is no specific overtact or try compromise quash with the complaint party if he agrees to mutually withdraw the case. Yes it can be done in 3-4 months!
