Need clarity on getting a certified quash copy as in party family

Once high court has granted Quash, as an inparty family member with a simple authorization letter from the petitioner, will they allow the family member to apply for and receive the certified copy of quash in high court?

Yes. You can file a third party affidavit before the Hotel stating the reasons and get an order copy of the same you’ll need to file third-party since you not a party to the case. Pls connect me to get more details

File a Third-Party Copy Application (CA) before the concerned court/copying section, mentioning the case number, parties, date of judgment and the document required. Since you are not a party to the suit, file a Third-Party Affidavit explaining your bona fide purpose/reason for requiring the certified copy.

no, only the counsel can apply for the certified copy in the High court... Party or Family member doesn't have right to apply certified copy... hence tell your counsel to apply Copy application to get certified copy
