Need assistance on how I need to proceed on disturbance caused by hens

Hi, my neighbor family is growing some 10s of hens in front of their house in open place and they are causing much noise to us which we don't want to bear. Pls advice on correct approach to stop this.
hi if they are creating nuisance in the street and the public then you could give a complaint to local municipal and police authorities to take action on this issue and if they failed to act then you could approach court on this
