Need Assistance On A Case Over Me 354 & 67A

I have texted a strange women on watsapp " I love you" few years back which I dont really remember also. And apparently that women is married, according to police the guy who calls himself her brother is allegedly here boyfriend who actually went to police to file a complaint against me and now there is a case of section 354 & 67A. Is it really a crime or is it a conspiracy and how should u get out of it safely.
Your have commited the mistake ofcourse no doubt, but the same can not be allowed to take disadvantage by anybody else. Police very well can understand that her boyfriend ie other than husband is taking disadvantage of it. Police can record the statement of the said Lady definitely he wants to blackmail you. According to me said act comes under 354bailable offence. Don't worry you can apply for bail in case police file the case. But it seems that lady is not coming forward. I think she is not willing to file the case. Don't worry police will investigate and also record your and her statement. Lady is also not innocent if she keep boyfriend.
