I don't know in my bag 2 kg ganja In dri office arrest me That substance belongs to another person He come beside me But bag name is me That's why they arrest I am inosent how can I remove my name

As per NDPS act 0 to 1 kg of ganja is considered as small quantity 1 to 10 kg as medium and 10 kg above is called commercial quantity. so your case falls under medium quantity the fine may be upto 1 lakh and imprisonment upto 10 years.
