NDPS act and work abroad / upsc

I have been convicted of possession of 5gm kanja under ndps sec 20b and have asked to pay the fine for it. After the payment of the fine how will this impact future job opportunities of working abroad or exams like upsc?

That is dependent on your country and purpose. If you are going for a job purpose that will not affect. The Ndps small quantity cases primarily affect academic purposes. The Ndps fine cases never affect clerikal upsc jobs. Thank you Advocate Neeraj T Narendran Ndps Lawyer
