Nc filed before 3 month ago now police said you have to come in court

Police filed nc before 3 month but we clear all that that time now police says you have to come in court

Well, might the NC could get lodged into a FIR on the instructions of the concerned Magistrate, might that be the reason, Police has called you to attend Court Proceedings, so that, you could arrange a Defence Lawyer, who could try to thwart all possible attempts of the opposite side's lawyer to convert NC into a FIR against you!
