NBW is recalled and next hearing is on Jan-19,what to do next, Has the complitant told me he would not appear in front of the court to proceed the case he has got all the dues cleared in 2017 only, but case is not yet closed, what to do in the next hearing, Has my case is 420 &408, what to do next

If you have taken bail ask your lawyer to file application for discharge and if you have proof of paying the entire amount in 2017 you can get the proceedings quashed or can also file application for quashing of FIR before high court under 482 CrPC

Sir, Mere telling orally about all dues cleared in 2017 is not sufficient, and court will not be consider it. He has filed this case for prasucation against you. you have no option except contest the matter before the court. if you have document to show that all dues are cleared, then you have to move with strong defense. kindly contact further details.
