Mystery in my bull death and how to proceed

My bull died on 13th Oct 2023. It was very healthy and disease free. It's was in my farm and looked by a person. And i live 30 km away from my farm .All of sudden on 13th morning I received the news that the bull died. The person looking after is not saying exactly what happened. So my question is whether can I take any approach right now.like filing a case on bull death
