My wife married another person without taking divorce from me

Sir iam a hindu boy and I married with a muslim girl in my district court...after 2 month ago girls family make a drama of herat attack of his Father..they told he is in last leg kindly send my daughter I want see him., I didn't understand his trap and I send him In his village motihari Bihar..After some days they don't receive my any phone call...after 1 year they got married with another man...kindly help me what can I do
According to the Section 494 of Indian Penal Code marrying again during lifetime of husband or wife.—Whoever, having a husband or wife living, marries in any case in which such marriage is void by reason of its taking place during the life of such husband or wife, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine.
Thus, you can register a complaint in the nearest police station for the same. Or you can file for restitution of Conjugal rights u/s 9 of Hindu Marriage Act.

It does not clear from your question as to whether the marriage was made before the Registrar of Marriage or not as the Civil court does not have the jurisdiction to allow anyone to marry. If the marriage is before the Registrar of marriage, you have the remedy to file case under section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act for restitution of conjugal rights, simultaneously you can file a case against your wife and others under section 494 as well as other provisions of Indian Penal Code to prosecute the family members of your wife for abetment etc.

If marriage was solemnized by Hindu rites and rituals then you file a case u/s 494,497 of i.p.c against them you may also file a case u/s 9 of Hindu marriage act for restitution of marriage before faamily court
