My wife father was murder last 7months ago stil police investigation delay chargesheet not filed and not given Justice who my wife family members is mother is brother only is also handicapped ears problems health issue is brother also not earned money is only resources and income is famly members head my wife father is murdered police said accused is remand only say not given any justice

you can approach the local Criminal Court are liar go to him and file a petition before the criminal court and ask them to fix a time within the time Framework investigation has to be completed otherwise you can approach to the higher authorities in the police or else you can file directly approach to the high court the government will provide free liar to you on the charge of the last government only in the government will provide good advocate
