My wife and her sisters have filed 498A against me and my family for Jo reason at all and she had mentioned that she had called my family members and they spoke rudely to her. But infact she never called anyone I had to sign a 41A1 to come out of the police station. I want a divorce as she is someone who would never respect me and my family. She had an extra marital affair with another person in 2017 and I gave her a chance but she never changes. She is a money minded person when asked for a divorce she asked 1 crore. I don't have that kind off money.
u can file a divorce case against her stating that she is raising all false claims and regarding demanding of money u need not worry as those allegations won't stand in court and that she is making all false allegations
