My Uncle Register a False FIR against Mather,My Uncle, Me and My Broth

One of My Uncle Register a FIR against My Father,My Uncle, Me and My Brother in Section 342/323/506/34. All the witness with us. Because this is a false case. And I/O totally prepared the report without Investigation. This is the four time, He always doing fake case against us.

the sections 342/323/506/34 all are cognizable offences as the fir registered is false as you are and the witnesses are in your favour then it may be you will win the case and can file case against your uncle for filing false case

there are two options before you. first is to face the trial get acquitted and then file case of false FIR against him also defamation etc. next you can get the FIR quashed. this will require little study of the FIR and the case as made out by him. also the police report has to be seen.

the case details could not be understood . please more elaborate about it . False cases cannot be implicated . Is it related about property or any other issues. It differs from one angle to other. Without investigation cases cannot be closed in either ways
