My sis in law had filed a flase fir against me n my family

My brother n his wife had some marriage issues just after two months of their arrange marriage.wife ran away from house with all the jewellery without informing anybody to her house.after this incident she n her family is threatening us that they will file fir against us.in court the case is filed by them but court gave time for counselling but still another false fir is registered in some other police station by them. Police is showing there power to scare us.the whole case is baseless.
Hello sir you have to move to the high court challenging the FIR concerning and mentioning all the incidents and matters and you must be challenging the false FIR threatening all the family members by indulging previous accusations

Under the new Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), if a false FIR is lodged in multiple police stations for the same incident, you can file a petition under Sec. 222 BNS (false information with intent to harm) and Sec. 250 BNSS (protection against double FIRs). You should immediately apply for anticipatory bail under Sec. 482 BNSS (powers of High Court to prevent abuse of process). File a counter-complaint regarding theft of jewellery and criminal intimidation (Sec. 309 BNS). Court counselling order must be followed, and any parallel FIR can be quashed by High Court. Collect all proofs of threats and intimidation (calls, messages, witnesses) and submit before the Court. Police misuse of power can also be challenged before the Magistrate under Sec. 193 BNSS. This way you can protect your family legally and expose the falsity of the case.

for the first F.I.R, you can file for the stay from the High Court. if the second F.I.R is based on the same cause of action as the previous F.I.R , you can file a writ petition in the High court for quashing of the second F.I.R.
