My parents torture me. They want to do false case on my husband...

I'm Sonal. Meri sadi ek sal phle hui thi. Mere husband or mere in-laws mer se bohot pyaar krte hai. Sadi ke baad se hi mere parents muze sasural nhi bhej rhe. Papa ne mere in-laws se unki property ki demand rakhi h muze bhejne ke liye. Sadi ke ek mhine baad m parents ke ghar pr thi mere husband mera birthday celebrate krne aaye to papa mmy ne unko bezzt kiya ot ghar se nikal diya. Meri mmy or papa muze mere husband se baat krne ke liye suru se hi mna krte rhe hai. Muze mentally or emotionally pressurized kiya jata h unko chhodne ke liye. Mne jab apne haq liye bola to mera phone chin liya, muze ghar se bhr nhi jane diya jata kisi se bhi baat nhi krne dete. Meri mmy ne muze dhamki di ki agr m husband se baat kru gi to muze jaan se mar dalenge. Mere papa,Mama and Nana mere sasural ja kr unko marne ki dhamki de kr aaye hai (prof audio recording) M apne ghar jana chahti hu lekin ye log muze mere ghar se utha kr la skte hai. Mere upr itna dabav h ki m apne husband pr fake 498 k liy mjbur hu
hello mam according to your query you can file a FIR in nearest police station domestic violence aapke father mother ke upar and you can file a habibious Corpus write in the High Court judicature which belongs to your jurisdiction

Ap apne pati ko boliye ki High Court me habeas corpus ki petition daale or sath me he protection bhi le. Uske baad apke pariwar waale apka or apke in laws ka kuch nahi krenge. Or agr apko bht jyada he preshan kr rhe hai toh Domestic Violence ka case kr sakte ho.
