My money has been forebited by a preschool franchise

I have signed a term sheet of a franchise And paid the total Franchise fees,Almost after 15 days i received a mail That my term sheet is terminated on My ill behaviour and my money has been forebited, I requested them to refund my money but they refused. My Advocate send a Legal notice to them but they haven’t responded, What should i do next. Please advise me. Thank you

if you have signed the term sheet you are under employment if after 15 days that the term sheet is terminated you need to get a hearing then audi alter partem your money has been forfeited even if a legal notice been sent

If the franchise terminated the term sheet without proper justification and retained your money, it amounts to breach of contract.
