I would advice that you make a formal complaint before the local Police Station of this entire situation you are facing.

File a counter FIR first or make a complaint that any complaint or FIR filed by your girlfriend should be treated as null & void. Keep all the evidences away from your girlfriend and keep it safe with you. If case worsened you can apply for anticipatory bail in the court.
